Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a relative newbie, no one is immune to a sleepless night when camping. We’re in a new place, on unfamiliar terrain, with all kinds of unexpected sounds circling around us — it’s no wonder our bodies struggle to get us into a deep sleep when we’re camping!

This is challenging because when we’re exploring the outdoors, we really need that rest to energize us for the next day’s adventures.
