Whether you’re running, hiking, cycling or bike touring — all endurance exercise burns through a LOT of energy and nutrients.

Energy bars are a quick, easy and nourishing way to re-fuel during endurance activities. But with so many options out there, how do you select the right energy bar for you? As a nutritionist and long-time endurance athlete, I know how important it is to fuel properly so we can feel and perform our best.
